HOW DOES OUR SHIPPING WORKS?

We are working with UK suppliers and international suppliers across the world to source the coolest products at the price that suit you. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from UK, EU and all over the world.

However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind. Yet, because some of your products are coming from so far away, they often can take from 2 – 5 Days form UK suppliers and 7-15 days from international suppliers. This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.

Regarding our products shipping transparency, we provide specific delivery time frames for each individual product, so please read the description.

HOW DOES OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS WORK?

Changed your mind? Your order has not arrived? Damage product? No problem.

Our goodwill returns policy means you can return and item within 30 days of when you purchased or received it. If the item is unused, and in its original packaging , we'll offer an exchange or a full refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status or your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your cred car(or original method of payment).

You will receive the cred within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping cost are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
