We are working with UK suppliers and international suppliers across the world to source the coolest products at the price that suit you. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from UK, EU and all over the world.

However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra piece of mind. Yet, because some of your products are coming from so far away, they often can take from 2 – 5 Days form UK suppliers and 7-15 days from international suppliers. This does mean we ship worldwide, so you can shop with us wherever you are.

Regarding our products shipping transparency, we provide specific delivery time frames for each individual product, so please read the description.

Changed your mind? Your order has not arrived? Damage product? No problem.

Our goodwill returns policy means you can return and item within 30 days of when you purchased or received it. If the item is unused, and in its original packaging , we'll offer an exchange or a full refund.

Our return policy lasts until 30 days after the item is marked as delivered. If you are unhappy with your order or you have received a faulty item, please reach out to us at contact@tekhnee.co.uk and we will be able to assist you. 

For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us. We do recommend you use a trackable service as we do not take responsibility for orders being returned to us. 

Please ensure you check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status or your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your cred car(or original method of payment).

You will receive the cred within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping cost are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund. the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us at contact@tekhnee.co.uk and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.
